Financial Services Complaints specialises in managing and resolving disputes for investors who have suffered financially from poor or unethical financial advice including SMSF property advice.
Our staff are highly qualified and experienced Financial Services professionals who will assess and manage your claim from beginning to end. We are not a legal service and will only represent clients who have legitimate claims for compensation.

We offer a “No Win, No Pay” dispute resolution service to investors. We do not charge upfront or ongoing fees to commence and run your claim. Our fees are linked to your success. An agreed success fee is payable only if your claim is successful. If your for compensation is not successful then you do not pay anything.
